The Johnson Melhorn Rainbow Fund

The Johnson Melhorn Rainbow Fund is a community assistance fund established in 2008 by The Janet Jones Company.  Its mission is to help fulfill the human needs of home and shelter with compassion and understanding, by distributing grants and assistance to local groups and families who are in need.  A portion of our agents' commissions, which are matched by the company's, funds this program.  We are proud to have 100% of the agents in our firm participating in this program.  Johnson Melhorn was a beloved Realtor at The Janet Jones Company for over 25 years.  His successful career was due largely to the compassion, kindness and respect with which he treated his clients and friends.  Upon his death in December 2011, The Janet Jones Company renamed this fund in his memory, reminding us always of the charity of heart he demonstrated during his well-lived life.  Over the years, the fund has donated over $100,000 to local groups.  The fund is directed by agents and staff at The Janet Jones Company who donate their time on a rotating basis to this wonderful program.
