Sarah is a Little Rock native, and has been a licensed Realtor for over 18 years. After graduating from Little Rock Central High School and studying at Louisiana State University, she returned home and began a career in commercial real estate. Sarah was lucky enough to aid in the redevelopment of the River Market District through her 15 years of work at Moses Tucker Real Estate. She had a hand in the development and sale of many of the high-rise residential projects downtown, namely the First Security Center, 300 Third Building and River Market Tower. This experience (over 250 units, with total volume over $100 million) gives Sarah an extensive knowledge of the downtown real estate market and buying and selling real estate. As a Little Rock native, she is passionate about our city and state and understands neighborhoods, schools, local businesses, churches and community events throughout the city. She prides herself on providing professional and personal service in a fun, confidential and productive manner. For Sarah, real estate is about making clients as happy as possible throughout the buying and selling process.
Married to husband Steven, with two school aged sons, Sarah is a member of Pulaski Heights Methodist Church and enjoys traveling, cooking, painting, playing tennis and loving the outdoor activities our beautiful state has to offer. She is also a decorating and design enthusiast, helping friends and clients with interior ideas and improvements, and can assist you in getting your home "parade ready" so that you put your best foot forward when ready to sell or with fresh ideas for remodeling when purchasing a new home!
